Strawberry-Rhubarb Pie is a nostalgic pie for me. My Grandpa Costner and Justin's Grandpa Angelo both loved Strawberry-Rhubarb Pie. It was a pie they both grew up loving and when I have a slice I think of them. This pie is filled with fresh, sweet strawberries and tangy rhubarb. My twist on this pie is the poppyseed crust, which I believe that our grandfather's would have loved. So enjoy a slice for this old-fashioned pie is as popular today as it was back in the day!
