This pecan pie has a generous amount of Knobb's Creek Smoked Maple Bourbon in the recipe. The bourbon and pecan aromas wafting out of my kitchen at the lodge is heavenly when these pies are baking. It's delicious served cold, or at room temperature, or you can warm in the oven for a few minutes and top with some good quality vanilla ice cream. No matter how you serve and eat this pie it is a holiday winner!
