These cookies are Cookie Monster and Cowboy Approved! If you have visited my food truck, Bessie, in the summer you've probably tried my cookies. They are served warm right out of the oven with your meal! Needless to say the cookies have been a huge hit! The choices are Classic Chocolate Chip, Snickerdoodle (rolled in cinnamon & sugar), Oatmeal Raisin (lots of oats and juicy raisins), THE Cowboy Cookie (lots of oats, raisins, coconut, and chocolate chips - very popular!!), Chocolate Peppermint Crinkle Cookie (deeply chocolate with the addition of peppermint oil added to the batter and rolled in powdered sugar and baked off), and last but not least the S'Mores Cookie (yes, you read that right - filled with mini marshmallows, chunks of graham crackers, and chocolate chips!) So hear you go- handmade, gourmet cookies delivered straight to your door... your welcome! They are monster cookies for $18 for 1/2 dozen so you can mix and match!
