Hearty Cowboy Suppers

Planning dinner has never been so easy! These hearty take and bake meals are made fresh daily and are ready for you to pick up and bake in the comfort of home. Every meal comes complete with entree', sides, bakeware, and preparation instructions. 

The Details:

*Pick up at the Hayden Farmer's Market on Thursdays (you'll see Bessie there) from 5:00-8:00 p.m.

*Pick up at Napa Auto Parts Parking Lot on Fridays (you'll see Bessie there) from 9:00-5:00.

*The cut off for ordering is Tuesday by 10:o0 p.m. for that week. 

Hearty Cowboy Suppers are available in 2 sizes:

Single Meal (Serves 2-3) $30

Family Meal (Serves 4-6) $60

June/July Menu

June 13-14th 

       BBQ Pulled Pork-

        Smoked BBQ Pulled Pork that's been seasoned and smoked low and slow ready to eat on its own or make a sandwich out of Cooking Until the Cow's Come Home yeast rolls for a sandwich.

        Sides: Yeast Rolls, Baked Beans, and Double Chocolate Brownies

June 20-21st

     Cattle Drive Casserole-

     This take and bake casserole is packed with ground beef, beans, corn, and topped with a cheesy cornbread crust.

     Sides: Festive Corn Salad and Cowboy Cookies. 

June 27-28th

     BBQ Brisket & Beans-

     Smoked BBQ Brisket served with sweet and tangy BBQ Baked Beans.

     Sides:  Yeast Rolls and Chocolate Chip Cookies. 

July 11-12th

     Baked Ziti with Italian Sausage & Mushrooms-

     Ziti pasta tossed in an Italian Mariana sauce with sauteed mushrooms, onions, garlic, and Italian Sausage. The pasta is then layered with extra sauce, ricotta cheese, parmesan cheese, and mozzarella cheese.

     Sides:  Garlic Bread and Banana Pudding. 

July 18-19th

     Cowboy Stew-

     Seasoned ground beef sauteed with onions, green bell peppers, and garlic that's then mixed with baked beans in a sweet and tangy BBQ sauce. So delicious served right next to creamy macaroni and cheese!

     Sides: Macaroni and Cheese and Cowboy Cookies (Oatmeal, raisin, coconut, & chocolate chip). 

July 25-26th

     Beef Shepherd's Pie (the entire meal is naturally gluten-free)-

      A casserole that has seasoned and slow simmered ground beef with onions, garlic, green beans, corn, carrots, and green peas in a brown gravy that is topped with loaded mashed potatoes (sour cream, cheese, bacon.)

     Sides: Yeast Rolls and Cow Pie Cookies (No bake oatmeal, chocolate, peanut butter cookies.)
